You want immersive eating animations for your tacos: Look here - thanks to Mefariah for making the patch, and to urbon for requesting it.
This mods adds a street-food vendor to the Dawnstar-Riften caravan. He comes with a custom-made food cart, and sells four types of tacos.
He'll set up his cart at both stops, but - like the other caravan traders - can also sell his goods if you meet him on the road.

Is this lore friendly?
It is certainly the most lore friendly of my food mods, IF you can accept tacos in the TES universe.
What about compatibility?
Mods that move the caravan stops will most likely need patches. COTN-Dawnstar and CFTO are compatible, I use both.
