I've always had a lot of issues with Skyrim's races. While Morningstar - Minimalistic Races of Skyrim (great mod that my mod is compatible with, check it out) fixes many of those issues, I felt that there should be more changes. This is personally made for me but I decided to upload it in case someone else might want it.
This mod changes the 50% Poison resistance that Redguards have to 50% or 100% resistance to disease (Did you know that poison can't even be fully immunized against? the Unofficial Elder Scrolls Pages states that its capped out at 85% (source)) based on your choice. I personally use the 100% but if you find that overpowered you're more than welcome to use the 50% (if you don't like the mod, don't use it lol).
Compatibilty:
Load after any other mods that change the Redguard race perk, should be compatible with all of them.
I'm pretty sure you can still become a vampire or werewolf by meeting with Lord Harkon or the Inner Circle of the Companions respectively. Feel free to test and let me know if you encounter any issues.
