   Doesn't work at all for me for some reason.
   
   Funnily I tried to open the .bsa in BSA extractor, but that didn't even work.

   He'll always respawn, he'll get to the cloud district more often than anyone else in skyrim.

   I had this downloaded for awhile but forgot about it since I hadn't been around Whiterun for some time. Then he said the infamous line and was launched into the air and I just had to endorse this mod. Had a good laugh, this'll be in my load order forever.
