About this mod

Options for the level to start vampire attacks. From 15 to 80 and "practically never".
Requires a mod to re-enable vampire attacks.

Permissions and credits
Based on looking into the conditions for quests in Dawnguard, I am 90% certain these attacks have been disabled entirely.
If you still want the attacks to happen, but want some control over when, this mod is compatible with Dawnguard Vampire Attacks Fix, which re-enables them.

Most likely compatible with other similar mods such as Vampire Attacks Restored Outside of Walled Cities and Better Vampire NPCs, which can restore the attacks, but make them less likely to slaughter your favorite merchants.

A variety of options for what level to start vampire attacks - 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, and 999 if you really want them to never happen. If you get there honestly I'll send you a cookie. Your townspeople will be safe until then.

This does not stop rumors or recruitment for The Dawnguard. If you want that too, look at this mod: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/2399/. I only found this after I had made this file and it does almost the same thing. Oops. I was searching for Vampire not Dawnguard.

Yes it's simple, but this was basically just practice for making a FOMOD installer. You can get the same result (and more control) with a console command (I've had a report that this command gets reset. I haven't thoroughly tested using the console command), but I figured there were some other lazy people out there who don't want to set the variable again every character they start.

If you want to use the console instead, just use "set DLC1VQMinLevelVampireAttacks to x" where x is the level you want. Default seems to be 8. If you can't remember that variable name just use "help vampireattacks" and you'll find it again.
