Mod works well, as I don't have any conflicting mods (some commenters here need to learn how to use SSEEdit). One thing I noticed is that mining quarried stone gives all 6000 or so units at once!
It was working fine and then I installed Vokrii. I think because there are mining related perks on the new smithing tree, it makes it not work anymore.
? ?To be frankly honest, This Mod seems like it doesn't actually work correctly, Even when installed it 4 times and checked its files. To be honest I also admit that the Unlimited Ore Mod also helps with Mining, But you could easily hit the mining rock as if swinging the pickaxe as a weapon. which to be frank using a Animation-less way to collect it doesn't seem to work. So instead I just download the unlimited Ore Mod and swing the pickaxe at the stone as if using a sword. and if you are really that desperate. =w= Console commands are also a thing as well. But that to be honest is preference.
Also if you wait 24 hours and wait for the Shop Keepers to restock their inventory and you get the investment perk, You can buy the items using Gold through out the playthrough over actually mining it. Which in my opinion is much easier. But I really wish that they would make a Mod where "Looting" is not existent like how they did in Oblivion. "Disables the ability to loot off corpses." or if they die their equipment is useless. So it would force you to have to craft your Items and weapons which I think Bethesda did not realize that mechanic is necessary.
Even linear based games like Halo or COD offer looting, why on earth would you expect an RPG game to exclude looting from it's mechanics, that would be incredibly shortsighted.

Brilliant mod, besides the notable scenario when you mine a stone/clay spot and end up with 4,000 stone/clay. It's not terrible but sometimes it seems to break the stone/clay spots so I can't mine them more than once. Of course, with 4,000 stone/clay then I'll never need to mine them again I guess, hah
That's actually working as intended with the stone/clay. There's multiple veins for them throughout the world space aside from the ones right next to the plots of land you build on.
