   I was actually able to get both by attacking Madanach just before leaving the mine. The other people came back into the mine to fight me also so I really needed to move fast. Once I defeated all of them in that area, Thonar was waiting by himself and gave me the ring. Not usre how I did it beyond that. Just had to make sure Madanach died there before leaving the mine.

   From what I remember these are the only two artifacts that are exclusive, but will you make this for any others if there are any?
