I love this house ; only downside (to me) is that your office has no functionality. You CANNOT sort your letters, journals, etc. and NOT a single door on the desk opens. It is just show.
Orginsation is super important to me ; so, this house is not more than a "Bed to sleep", really. Unfortunately :(
Hi, the house looks great, thank you for porting to Xbox. Could you tell me how many beds for followers are in that house? I kinda plan my follower bed needs ahead of a new playthrough, I like to be able to house few people :-)

Only three beds total? Ahhhh. A true shame... I need a Falkreath area mod house, but it needs room for like.... at least FOUR followers. Then one I have now is wholly inadequate, so this got my hopes up.
An update you might wish consider eventually, is to put more follower beds in, but be sure to put them in the same building, if you do.
Absolutely love the mod the house is very pretty and fits my wood elf character perfectly, the beware the mole man scared the crap outta me i spent an hour trying to find where they might be but couldnt find them except a locked closet.
The name "Cumbria house" struck me when I saw it as I'm from the northwest of England in Cumbria, and I was wondering, is this a set of houses that is supposed to simulate the small mountain houses in the Lake District by any chance? they're probably not but it's just what i was wondering so i put them in my game anyway, and It's a very good mod. :D
