      The ESL flag is really easy to add for yourself in xEdit.

    i always thought he should be even shorter than his original size. 
    small and insane, but deadly and vindictive. 

    like what he does to lorius and his wife if he refuses to help poor cicero.

      i think only slightly taller than a kid would work. 
      but i don't know how tall a kid is specifically lol.

      The Heights of Skyrim database (of changed values) says the average height of in-game kids is 4'9''. So Cicero would be 4'11'', maybe?

      Probably not, depends on what you mean by visual overhaul. If you mean retextures like Noble Skyrim then it's fine

      I mean face overhaul, if I have pandorable's cicero would that be a problem?

      As long as it doesn't change Cicero's height it should be fine. If you're still worried, you could test it out in-game by having both the overhaul and my ESP enabled and see if they're both in effect

      edit: on a throwaway save, as in you load your savefile (Continue/Load), make a new save slot using the menu, quit the game and install this ESP, then open the game again and load that save slot (it should have numbers at the start). If something's wrong you can uninstall this ESP and load an earlier save. I highly doubt they'd conflict though
