Apologies for the extremely long delay in responding. Just an FYI, I uploaded Valga's ESLified ESP. It's just a single file so the full mod is still required. Simply overwrite Valga's original ESP file replacing it with this one. Cheers!
While I primarily create makeovers or visual overhauls, whatever, for female NPCs and followers, I went and took a look at your character, then using some older pics of Alain Delon I can see a strong similarity, good prominent cheekbones, and strong masculine face overall, great job man! I'll keep him in mind going forward.
I have an issue where this mod alters Narri (instead of just Valga) and makes her head black and her hands missing. Having a similar issue with the Nenya one where her eyes and eyelashes look like bright purple blobs. The Zaria one works fine.
Sounds like load order issues mainly. Do not rely solely on your mod manager to sort your load order. Use LOOT on top of that to ensure the mods in question are loading AFTER any other mods that affect that same character. Although it shouldn't matter, You could always try loading Valga first then Narri to see if that helps. As for Nenya, you either have missing textures where something went wrong on your install or perhaps you have another mod overwriting those same textures.
Use 'More Informative Console' created by Linthar (Kudos to him, for an awesome mod) if you're not already. The console will tell you straight out of the box which mods are affecting any NPC or Follower that you target. With my Valga mod, or Narri installed, the line that reads 'Base last changed by' should read: Base last changed by: Valga.esp, or Narri.esp respectively whichever actor you target.

If your're unfamiliar with More Informative Console, once you have it installed, pull up the console using the tilde key, then click on the NPC you are having issues with. Like either Valga, or Narri to target her, and see what populates on the right side of the console window. It should look something like this if targetting Narri:
Narri: BaseForm: 00013654 Ref Form: 0003A199 Base Type: NPC_(Non-Player character (Actor)) Base defined in: Skyrim.esm Base last changed by: Narri.esp Ref defined in Skyrim.esm Ref last changed by: Immersive Citizens - AI Overhaul.esp
'Base last changed by' should read: Narri.esp Whatever your Ref last changed by reads is the mod you need to ensure Narri.esp loads AFTER or last. In my case here in the example it happens to be Immersive Citizens - AI Overhaul.esp.
Wish you luck, cheers!
Edit:
Ok, I did locate a potential issue for Nenya's eyes. Thank you for bringing this to my attention so that I could investigate it. Apologies for the delayed action. Real-life sometimes gets in the way. I've updated Nenya with fixed eyes.

By the way if you want it, we can use my preset for overhaul some NPC.
The first coming in my mind is Tullius with my Delon as Caesar .
