I think it'd be better to go with one color type of eyes (red, blue, or white). Because the mod uses facegen data and not just eye texture replacers, it seem incompatible with other decent character overhauls. I've installed both your re-vamped (pun intended, get it, sigh...) mods for vampires, and I enjoy your work - but it's restricting.

I agree with this, although another option I would go for would be white eyes on everyone but the dark elf characters who would have red. but I wouldn't have a clue how to do that.
Changing it to one colour throughout should be fairly simple, extract the bsa and copy the textures you want over the textures you don't want. I'm going to try that to get rid of the blue eyes in mine, I'm not a fan of the blue.

I know this is an old post but I had compatability issues today and solved it for myself, so I'm posting for any other people that might want to fix it too:

If you have other mods (eg. Natural Eyes or The Eyes of Beauty) this one always gets shoved at the back so these other mods will be applied to the characters in game.
What I did was I went into the mod installation folder for both Natural eyes and Fair Skin Complexion (Eyes of Beauty is included in FSC) I deleted the texture files for the vampire eyes so the only replacing file that remained was this mod. You could try this if you're having these issues
