Okay lets clarify some things: 1- Yes this works on AE. There's literally no way of this not working with AE or any other version (Aside from LE) because its just a ESP. 2- It has some conflicts with USSEP, but nothing that will refrain this mod from working as long as you load it after. 3- This will conflict with any mod that edit this quest, including mods like Even Better Quest Objectives. 4- Don't know about installing mid-save, but there's a high chance of this not working if you already have the quest on you. 5- If you're missing one marker, it's inside the DB Sanctuary, this cell doesn't exist until you start the DB quest so that's why you can't see the marker. 6- Here's a ESP-FE Plugin with USSEP fixes fowarded now stop crying. No, you don't need USSEP to use it.
Worked fine for me on VR with an existing game save. I already had accepted the quest, and had some of the stones...no problem. All the markers were there, including Dark Brotherhood. I disabled it once the quest was completed (including the "bonus" bit), with no problems. Download with confidence!
so I'm rather confused. I collected 22 out of 24 gems but the last 2 aren't appearing on my marker list. I am using convenient stones of barenziah but it should only effect stones I've already gathered. the stones I know I've missed aren't appearing where they should be so I'm just looking for a way to cheat the quest to properly complete
update: I'm a fool and forgot I had "no stone unturned for thieves" installed. apparently the locations on solstheim aren't tracked by the mod so that's why I couldn't find them
rmm_plugin.dll is from an oldrim plugin: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/3708?tab=files and is not related to this mod. There's a forum post from 2018 about porting it, but unless the source code is released (or the author ports it), then it is not likely to happen.
tl;dr: Not from this mod, error is correct, that dll is from a different version of the game.
