To exclude children from the Citizen class (there are apparently some with Citizen, instead of Child, as a class), add -00013AE8,-00013AE9 after 0001326B

    This will prevent clothless children.

EXCEPT YOU FORGOT TO MENTION THE CROSS DRESSING PART.
Edit: For anyone who doesn't want Jarls and Important showing up in DRAG, open up tesedit and double click Noblecitizens.esp. Wait for it to load, on the left panel open the panel under Apahcii_DivinEleganceStore.esm by clicking the( + )insignia , look for armor under armor erase everything that says "Brigida". Right click scroll to find "Remove" STOP there are multiple things that say REMOVE, we want the one that say "remove" nothing else.

Was the cross-dressing added intentionally or is this a bug or unintended element? It should be noted somewhere in the description or perhaps separated out into it's own mod. Just a suggestion...

Thank you for your efforts in providing this mod to us. I do appreciate your hard work.

Hello! I can't seem to get this working and am wondering what I did wrong. I installed all of the necessary files but I'm not getting any of the outfits to show up, or at least I don't think so. I have other mods as well that alter clothing such as Shiva's replacer. Does this mod conflict with those? Or is it something that I did wrong installation wise?

Looking for guidance from someone on how to create SPID Spell effects with scripting. No hand-holding, just some high-level direction. PM me if you can point me in the right direction.

Yay; another one! I really like your Maiden Farmer mod and I'm excited to try this one out too. Another other ones planned? lol

I have a lot of ideas and so, yes! I had been working on a couple that failed me and so have been spending more time troubleshooting than anything and am ready to just scrap them. Most of what I want to do affect spawned mobs (like bandits and necros), but I've been thinking about how to make more of the civilian NPCs look better.

Happy to hear you are working on more, especially civilian NPCs! Your vision seems pretty similar to mine, so definitely grateful for the work you put into these! There are some really great clothing/light armor mods out there and I get so tired of seeing the same few outfits over and over again. I play with a lot of NPC adding mods, and it's so funny walking into Solitude where there are so many people standing around to watch the execution or walking around the shop area (20-30 depending on my modlist and the time of day in-game) and there are maybe 4-5 outfits among them all lol. (I have been working on my own SPIDs, but transitioned to a few other modding projects, so haven't finished them yet.)

Does this require just the assets from those mods or the esp's aswell?

      It needs the esp's.
