I'm looking for a mod that applies the correct names to the various bandits which were already named, according to the various banded journals littered around Skyrim.Does this mod do that, or is it just a bandit name generator?
Omg this is so perfect! I was looking at that Real Name mod the other day, and I was just like, I don't want every draugr and little person I fight to have a name...thaz overdoing it. But THIS is it. Thank you so much for this. It's a small detail, but now bounty quests feel a little more important, like the chief's name is known, like bandits get renown and actually do stuff. It gives all kinds of impressions. I appreciate this very much!
You are not the only one. I'm using the Sovngarde font and it suffers from the squares. However, without the font the names are still broken. From a bit of testing, it appears to be an issue with the character ó which the game is just completely failing to render, font mod or no. I even tried out a few of the alternate language versions of Sovngarde to try and fix it but still no luck. Hopefully there is a fix and it's not just some arcane engine bug causing it that'll likely never get fixed.
bit of a brute force and ignorance fix but if the problem is ó you could open it up in xEdit and change it to o, it doesn't "fix" it exactly but sidesteps the issue
Thanks for this great mod. I smile whenever I see a named bandit chief now!
I currently have v.1.1. I see, in the Files section, a new game may be needed to update. I am wondering if anyone has success updating on an existing game?
First of all, that's an absolute gem of a mod for it finally makes it personal to catch or kill a Chief Bandit with Headhunter
That being said, I happen to have this in papyrus log and would like to know if you had any insights about what's goign on:
[alias BanditoNord on quest DontCallMeBanditBase (FE060D63)].DontCallMeBanditAliasScript.OnUpdate() - "-------------------------------" Line 13 [05/31/2022 - 11:03:38PM] warning: Assigning None to a non-object variable named "::temp1" stack:
I get CTD and that's the only error showing up on the log
I haven't been getting CTDs, but sometimes my game will just stop running and I see that at the end of the Papyrus logs too. I guess I'll try removing it to see if this keeps happening.
hey mate i really liked your immersive vision :) can you a mod just like this for Dragons? :)
"https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/38693?tab=description" we have already this but all nexus already using Dragon war, not this, if you do that, it will be very neat <3
Very immersive indeed. Thanks for your work! You know, there's a bunch of unnamed NPCs in "Missives," you should totally work your magic on that mod, for 'mersion n stuff. ;)

-Added Orc Specific names for more immersion
To Update:
Remove old version completely
Go ingame and wait a few seconds
Make a new save
Install New version
Is this compatible with OBIS?
