Adds Bilgewater Tattoo from League of Legends, inspired by Cutpurse Twisted Fate skin.
Works on any humanoid race and any gender.
Requires RaceMenu and SKSE only. Shouldn't require anything else.
Intended for use with high weight characters and may look squashed on slim or skinny characters, but nothing too serious.
Mods used in screenshots: HIMBO, REALORE MEN'S Skin Texture, BHUNP, Tempered Skins for Females.

Recommended to use a mod manager for installation.
In case you want to install manually, dump contents of "bilgewater" folder into your Data folder.
