I'm playing the list Aldrnari which uses Static Skill leveling 2.1 and I added your mod to change some settings. For some reason I can't level up skills after sleeping anymore, the menu doesn't appear. What can I do to debug this?

Make sure this is loaded after Static and that the files mentioned in the description aren't being overwritten.

If that doesn't work, I suggest you download the latest version of Static. Or if you really doesn't want to do that, clean your save with FallrimTools (you will lose your unused skill points).

Shame it doesn't work with New Vegasized Static Skill Levelling

You can configure it in such a way that it's exactly the same as the one you linked, apart from the need to not sleep.

Like PracinShowPony said, you can tweak the MCM settings to make it work like New Vegasized Static Skill Levelling:

In addition, make sure to edit the "fSkillCapBase" and "fSkillCapMult" values in your Experience.ini to match "Base Max Skill Level" and "Max Skill Level Per Level Up", respectively.

Thank you so much, it works great! You've saved me a ton of time making this!

I've incorporated it into the mod's 3.0 release, as you mentioned in the description you would be ok with that. Hopefully lots more people will get to enjoy your work that way!

My pleasure :) I can't play Skyrim the vanilla way anymore, so I thank you for making the mod in the first place.

If i just would know how to set this up properly. No idea what all those values mean in the long run.
But seems with this mod here we dont need this mod anymore: Training Level Limit Increase | https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/3390
    right?
I want to setup my game so it works a bit similar to Enderal, i want to use experience so i dont level up from normal skills at all automatically. I want controled rank up/skill increase. So xp through questing and exploration and at rank up distributing points manually ( although i dont know how many that should be to not unblance things to much) and also increasing skill through trainers and best would be to be forced to buy skillbooks, like in enderal, but i couldnt find a mod that does this. So i want money to be more important for progress, i will also install Economy Overhaul and Speechcraft Improvements | https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/9542?tab=description  on top of Ordinator and WAACF. Probably a nightmare to install those correctly. Ah sigh no clue if i can even get close to what i want . Probably needs 2  more longtime test characters to figure out if my setup really works as intended.

This mod tells you what each option does when you hover over the option.
You do seem to have a very particular type of playthrough in mind. If you want to level only through skill books, then you really don't need Static Skill Leveling, only Experience.

Interesting - but than i would need a mod that gives skillbooks to vendors and normal lootdrop and afaik theres none.
Also i want a bit XP through normal use, but drastically reduced.
So other option would be through trainers, which would need XP gained through questing/exploartion - which at some point gives level up and than we can destribute points and gives us option to use a trainer for a certain amount of trainingpoints (which i guess would need more than the default since the "normal" way of leveling up skill we do now manually)  Also this way using trainers and level up is mandatory or we would loose xp right?
