SUMMARY:
This mod began as a texture pathing fix for goblins and trolls. And, over time has accumulated more fixes, or solutions to other issues. This is by no means comprehensive. Some of the issues came to my attention by reviewing the bugs forum on the Beyond Reach page. Others are brought to my attention by mod users, such as you.

This mod would not be possible without the efforts of razorkid who provided the mod. And to those various authors who contributed to its assets.

User Dertasso created some tweaks for Beyond Reach.

Unique models for Ayleid Staff and Witchman Staff (credit to Praedy's open source Staves mod).
Unique models of Griffon's Bind and Lord's Amulet (credit to Uni's open source Amulets Of skyrim mod).
Spells are affected by magicka cost reducing perks.
Spell descriptions now show the spell's magnitude.
Balanced magicka cost of player owned spells to be in line with base Skyrim's spells. No over powered spells.
Changed equip type of a very few spells.
Reduced max level of several NPCs to be in line with base Skyrim.
Added temper recipes (taken over from Andrealphus' open source mod).
Added missing armour keywords.
Added missing spell icons.
Changed spell books' value corresponding to the spell level.
Fixed not respawning Ink Dominion merchant items.
Fixed Predothor getting stuck because of his height when using Racial Body Morphs.
Replaced Andur's amulet in Arnima.
Removed single bandit who becomes aggressive every time you cross Dissensters Rise.
Removed exploit with easily farmable Daedra Hearts in the Mortal Ward.
Removed Dragon sounds for Gorgons.
Soft renames of some NPCs and items.

Load the files here after Beyond Reach - it is a loose file and should win conflicts.

While working on the Wool Plate fix, I noticed the assets conflicted with Immersive Armors (due to Vanguard Armor asset overlap). My patch moves the meshes to a different folder structure. However, textures by Immersive Armors may still be used as I didn't modify the file paths.

I use XP32 Skeleton when modifying meshes in Outfit Studio. I do not plan on using the vanilla skeleton. 

Not compatible with Beyond Reach CBBE 3BA and HIMBO, since it doesn't use the fixes as a base.

FYI:
Download Kredans Forsworn Armor Redux to resolve a Witchman (forsworn) texture issues.
Update: Kredans gave permissions to include their textures here. File now included.

Thanks to Blackread, "The mesh Meshes\stroti\old mill\house\millint01new.nif erroneously refers the normal texture textures\stroti\old mill\stone\rocksmooth0015_n.dds instead of textures\stroti\old mill\stone\rocksmooth0016_n.dds. The wrong texture path is in block 36."

        Explanation of changes:
        Inn Patrons: These NPCs are spawned via a Leveled List, but Leveled NPCs can never be Unique and cannot have scripts attached.
        I removed the Unique flag from them and removed the WIDeadBodyCleanupScript from them to fix this issue (The script would
        never work in game since they're Leveled and therefore can't be
        scripted. If they weren't leveled, it wouldn't work properly since the
        script requires a unique coffin in the halls of the dead for each NPC,
        and these instances are reusing Rhiada's Coffin in Markarth, so the end
        result would be if they died their stuff would go to her coffin. The
        script isn't needed anyway since these NPCs don't have urns and the game
        will normally clean up their bodies when the cell resets.)
 
        DLC2LvlSeekerArnima: Removed three properties that don't exist in the base script, otherwise errors will appear in papyrus log. (USSEP
        already does this to all base-game Seekers)
