Love this mod, everything's awesome, there's only one thing I don't like which is the stormcloak helmet/windhelm helmet, just looks out of place, but other than that, its awesome
The cleanest solution would be to adapt this into a simple model replacer. Although the guard varieties all share the same gauntlets and boots, they each have unique ("unique") cuirasses and helmets. This means that each outfit has a unique ID and thus model swaps can be kept unique between the holds as long as a suitably generic gauntlet and boot model can be found that works well with each uniform. I suggest this to reduce incompatibility with mods like USSEP or WACCF and to more easily generate a distinct appearance for each hold and the Stormcloaks.
This is an interesting alternative to the other Guards Armor Replacer. It actually makes more sense that a hold would buy base armor for its guards/soldiers, then paint them with the hold's colors (like with this mod), rather than order custom-designed armor sets (like the other mod has), which would be unnecessarily expensive, especially during a time of war. If I were you, though, I would change the name a little to differentiate this one. Like, "NordWarUA's Guard Armor Replacer - More Grounded Armors," or something like that.
