This mod makes use of NordwarUA's meshes and textures by assigning unique armors to the guards of each hold.

THIS MOD IS WIP. I WILL PROBABLY NOT BE RESPONSIVE WRT BUGS etc. BY ALL MEANS ALTER MY WORK AS YOU PLEASE, BUT RETAIN THE OG PERMISSIONS.
So, those vanilla guard armors suck. And why are they all the same? The holds all have some level of autonomy and it makes no DAMN sense they all have the same basic gear.

This mod:
- Adds unique gear to all holds
- Adds a bit of logic to the gear: Winterhold and Morthal have what I would describe as lower-quality looking gear for example, and most of the armors display the hold insignia somewhere.
- Adds armor variance to Whiterun hold: for some visual variety, you will see light and heavily armored guards here now as you probably spend a lot of time in Whiterun.
- Adds armor variance to Windhelm hold and Stormcloaks: I basically never join the Stormcloaks because their armour is bleghhh. No longer. They generally look like the heavily armed and armoured Nords they are supposed to be. Heavy and light soldiers too.
- There is now a chance for various fur mantles/shawls to spawn on guards
Issues:
- Solitude guard armor at least crashes my game when I try to equip it. Cannot be asked to troubleshoot now.
- The Solitude armor clips a little with the imperial shin guards. I like the overall look despite this. May
- There can be some inconsistent naming due to things like WACCF
- The mod has what I would describe as some janky edits and filepaths. Works for me. Will wait for feedback mebe.
- 'World models' are still like the old guard armor. This is a QOL feature as far as I'm concerned and I won't fix it any time soon.
