    For me the Bloodchill Manor Invitation Letter does not arrive after completing Awakening. I played through the whole Dawnguard Questline and the courier never gave it to me. In the end I went to the Bloodchill cavern on my own and the quest started as soon as I entered the cave/home. Everything plays out as normal and when I leave the cave, the courier spawns in front of me and gives me the invitation letter. I reloaded an earlier save and travelled through Skyrim entering cities and player homes and leaving them manually and using fast travel. But the courier would only spawn and give me the letter after the quest has already been completed. I have no conflicting mods and none that would edit the quest other than the unofficial cc patches. I installed all mods before starting a new game. I have no mods that edit the Dawnguard questline other than Ussep.

      I have the same problem with the Hendraheim module. The courier only comes if I kill the previous owner and enter and leave the home. Is that module working for you, spkyghzt?

      Take this with a grain of salt, but I don't believe the author changed the start up script that both Bloodchill Manor and Hendraheim use. It looks like they may have tried to change the properties of said script in xedit, which as far as I know, doesn't actually do anything. So I don't believe either of those are going to work as intended until the author changes how they're implemented.

    Hi Jelidity! Love your mods! Is there any reason the perms on this are set to closed when so many of your creations are open? I only ask because I’m on Xbox and this would be a welcome addition on console. Would you be so kind as to open permissions or allow someone to port? Thanks for any consideration.

    Hope you don't mind me asking, are these compatible with "Rebalancing AE - Quest Requirements"? https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/61004?tab=posts&BH=0

      If you load this later it will overwrite the global conditions by RAE Requirements, meaning the MCM for that specific quest in RAE will not do anything. But better check in xedit to be completely sure.

      If you check the MCM in the RAE mod you will see that only 3 of the houses appear to be covered.

      This mod is modular so just download the ones that arent coverded in the other mod if yoiu want. Thats what I'm doing.

      Most of these probably won't work on an existing game because the edited quests are already running.
