Clear the preset. This means the character should have have returned to having it's vanilla features. Once that is done, go to the Sculpt tab and add a mask around the base of the neck (where the neck seam would occur when you apply the sculpt), then finally apply the Melania head sculpt. It should fix the neck seam.
