My Lisette was naked because I used the mod ESLified Mods (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/29000). The mod turns the DX Spartan Bard Outfit - UNP esp plugin into a ESPFE. When I disabled it, I fixed it.
Actually all you need to do is update the armor form ids from the 3ba aio spartan bard outfit.esp into the outfit created in this mod. Once you have copied those over the outfit should show up. The spid ini calls the outfit, not individual pieces. If you don't update the records then the outfit is essentially empty and Lisette will spawn naked. Which is also why resetinventory and recycleactor commands don't do anything. The outfit just isn't there for certain versions of the spartan bard mod.
There is also a synthesis patcher that does this for you. One patch to copy as many npc facegens as you want. Download your favorite followers and patch them onto your skyrim npcs. Its called NPC Appearance Copier or something to that effect. You can browse for it in synthesis. Don't forget to click the body box, generally let the race change happen (as it can cause blackface bug) and be sure to assign a folder path for the new facegen textures and meshes. I have replaced about 100 npcs with one of these patches using coldsun, VNDKTR, and ScarletDays followers to name a few. ~Have fun!
I saw your SPID mage robe mod and had to have it so I installed SPID - works fine.
Figured this one would be nice to have also, -Installed DX Spartan bard -overwrote textures with Roman version -deleted the Esp(I use CBBE) -deleted mesh folder(UNP meshes) -activated mod(just a texture mod now) -installed CBBE version(esp and prebuilt mesh) -activated mod
I used "recycledactor" and "disable"/enable"on her, nothing changes. Her inventory shows her vanilla items with nothing marked as "worn" I tried "resetinventory" on her but still naked.
Is the CBBE item codes different from the UNP ones???or is it looking for the original Esp??
Check out Authors comment. It should fix the issue. Also make sure you have started new game. It won't show any changes without New Game. Unless you give her these outfits yourself.
The problem with these mods is that they don't work with ESP all in one. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/54857 actually it can be done by other mods anyway, thanks.
Hmmm I can't ESLify ones that referance the AIO. The formIDs are too high. It kind of defeats the purpose of these one off patches if they can't be ESLified. I can maybe look into rebuilding the armor parts in a new plugin later.

I went into CK and assinged the face parts onto Lisette.

Just install those 4 and stack like that. If its still not working, then check other mods that edit Lisette.
It will also not work if you've compacted formIDs or merged the mods.
