Vilja Bard collage quest with Wilbert (5 comments)

   Vilja has told me Wilbert sent her a letter and wants her to meet him at the Bards collage in Solitude. But, the quest never kicks in. This has happened about four times now. When I go to the collage Wilbert is there but he does not talk to me about the quest he just says hello. Is there a console command to start this quest or another work around to start this Bards collage quest for Vilja

      Second. I can't seem to get this quest to work. I've reset both Vilja and Wilbert, even messed with the quest stages.
