   So im running around skyrim as normal. I had her sell some stuff picked her back up and moved on. After a little while I notice shes not following. The quest marker for her says shes behind me me but theres nothing there. I jump from location to location, sleep, enter and exit combat, shes gone! I even tlc through the ground and look behind terrain and walls. Nothing! summoning doesnt do anything and aiming the reset spell at her doesnt do anything either.

      got a fix. just happened to me too. we were attacked in an ambush on our way to Falkreath, to the East of it, the one with big falling rocks once you pass under the bridge, had plenty of other companions so i didn't even notice anything, assumed she was stuck with summoning her horse. but she never caught up. half an hour was far too long, so she must have gone missing somewhere. her point marker was at that ambush, but she wasn't there. used no clip command, tcl, no avail, used the summon spell, she appeared dead. unlucky. but, it's just a game, so you can just click on her and then type resurrect" command in the console. voilá. as never happened.
