Welcome to my Septimus Signus's Outpost overhaulNow go explore, there's a little more to see than shown in the images!
The ESP have been cleaned with the SSEEdit auto clean feature and flagged as an ESL, so it doesn't count towards the ESP limit.
Big kudos to Teabag86, DrMonops, Janquel and Czasior for testing and fixes.
    Also
DrMonops and Janquel for the idea and implementation of the player ownership of the outpost after the Discerning the Transmundane quest, so the outpost can be used as a mini player home.

Regarding an All in one file

There’s no plans at the moment for a merged all in one file. With the exception of The Blue Palace and The College of Winterhold all of the interior files are ESL flagged so don't count towards your mod limit. Being modular, you can pick and choose the interiors as you like.

Please understand that the additional workload involved would most likely kill off this series. Any patches, updates, bugfixes would need to be redone.

So please enjoy the flexibility of modular files to pick and choose what you want and any compatibility patches Janquel makes. If you want an AIO you can merge them all yourself, there’s good tutorials on Youtube about how to do it, I recommend the one made by GamerPoets, but please be aware that you won't even gain an esp slot in the process.

We understand that VR doesn't have the benefit of ESL support, but that none of us have headsets to test with so we can't officially support VR. So unfortunately, end user merging will be necessary in that case. I hope this information helps.

Hello, does anyone have a problem with the exterior of the outpost missing some ground? Like some invisible ice on the ground

Here's a pic of the problem, is this probably because of animated ice floes?

Possibly. I'm really not sure. You can see in the image section how it's supposed to look. If you aren't skilled with SSEEdit, try placing this mod lower in your load order to see if that makes a difference.

I had another thought. Are you using Seasonal Landscapes - Unfrozen (or similar) without their patch? The could account for the missing ice floe. Hope that helps.

I have the exact same issue, Teabag86, i am not using seasonal landscapes though.

The ice floe is a vanilla record 000E7B8A and isn't touched by this mod. Details in the spoiler below that might help to track down the issue. Hope that helps. Cheers.

When walking on the 'glass' (?) portion of the observatory mesh, I wasn't getting any footstep sounds, so I copied the first material from dweobservatorychamber01.nif to xjkssodweastrolabechamber01.nif since it seemed like a good source reference - and amazingly it actually "fixed" it? (seems so anyway, I'm sure I did it in an incomplete way) Wondering if there's a patch somewhere else on the site that may address this in a more comprehensive manner than my simple (very amateur as I know next to nothing about meshes, Nifskope, etc.) 'copy-paste'? Anyway, figured I'd post/note.

Thanks for letting us know. I don't think there's any existing patches which address this, but we'll get it fixed in the next update.

Great work, but patches for Legacy of the Dragonborn and Legendary rings are really needed. 2 safes from these mods are hanging in the air.

Would this mod be incompatible with Animated Ice Floes ?

one of my favourite place vanilla (because I love icecaves... and big dwemer cube) but this IMPROVE it SO MUCH! TOP! must have!
Now it really reflects a place for a eccentric mage-scientist obsessed with knowledge, dwemer knowledge !

Ok mr. I have a question. How much would it cost to PAY you to merge all the files into one? 30,50?

Money is not an object of interest in this case. Didn't you read the sticky post with the headline "Regarding an All in one file"? ;)

For those of those who have read, the most important point JK made was...
Please understand that the additional workload involved would most likely kill off this series. Any patches, updates, bugfixes would need to be redone.
Let's enjoy what we have. That said, he did suggest that you could merge the plugins yourself.

JK has been crystal clear on this point.

This made me laugh. I just did this quest for the first time in a long time, and the conversations with Septimus were exactly like that.

Another great mod from JK, breathing life into the sparse locations where people are supposed to be living. Now it actually looks like someone lives, studies, sleeps and eats in this place.
Shame Discerning the Transmundane is such a buggy quest. I'm now possibly stuck because Hermaeous Mora didn't show up the first time, therefore inadvertently skipping that quest segment. I don't believe it's this mod causing it as 70K+ users can't be wrong.
Note that console +"showqueststages DA04" will show you which ones have correctly triggered (it's easy for some to bug out and not trigger) and "setqueststage DA04 XX" will activate them.

Any plans for an AiO, so far 30+ ESP plugins for interiors and I want to catch them all!

...but my load order says "no más por favor" :(
