This looks great. I do love the huge overhaul of The Great Cities v4 but I wanted to try and build a fairly light overhaul list and this combos with other very lite city mods.
Amazing mod. I always wanted to play with COTN winterhold but the lack of ruins stop me. With this mod i can play with COTN now so far i found no issue. Just load COTN after this mod to avoid navmesh conflict. I would thank pinkfreud38 for think amazing mod, and carpenihil because i don't know this mod exist before he made a mod like this for COTN+JK. Truely underrated mod ; )

Hey, that's a pretty nice take on adding some more capital city outer wall like ruins to Winterhold!
Of note though, I noticed the items and supply sacks/barrels on the wall don't appear to be assigned to any crime faction (such as the winterholdcrimefaction) so they can just be taken without it counting as a crime, the four metal torch holder things on top of the wall closest to the gate are misaligned (either sunken into the stone or floating), and there seems to be maybe 3 holes/gaps in the terrain kind of stuff added near the ruined part of the wall (unless that's just something on my end involving the mods I have loaded).
Also, for those using "Point The Way", the sign from that mod clips into the main gate door. For anyone wanting to use these mods both together, you may want to move the sign yourself in the creation kit.
