      No, in addition to a high poly head patch, it adds lighter versions of the brows for lighter hair colors

      If you want Kyoe's brows to not be standalone (basically a "replacer") and have a high poly head patch, use that one. If you want Kyoe's brows to be standalone, have high poly head patch, and have lighter color brow options, then use mine. Do not use both.

   I'm getting the same eyebrows with every female version, but the light eyebrows are different. There's no way I'm missing something, right?

      It should contain the same set as the standalone, but with an identical set that is lighter

      The one you linked is more of a pure compatibility patch for Kyoe's, where every file in the files list is converted for compatibility with High Poly Head. Mine similarly includes a High Poly Head patch (only for the standalone version which I believe is most appropriate for a large majority of people) and Kyoe's brows that are edited to be lighter to match lighter hair colors - all is included in one FOMOD file.
