About this mod

This mod adds 41 Wandering Followers to the world of Skyrim, many with custom appearances/stats/equipment/Ai.
Formerly BR0S (Beast Races of Skyrim), as it has a Snow Elf and a Half Orc/Khajiit merged in from a project I stopped working on, and added WIP characters to V3.3 Like: a skeleton, ghost, dwarf, etc. Has the old file name though

Requirements
Permissions and credits
While traveling on the roads of Skyrim, or staying at an one of the 20 Inns and Taverns of Skyrim. You may
come across an odd traveler or several. These Followers will bump into you from time to time, and will assist
you in your travels if you choose. Warriors, Rangers, Mages, and some doubling as Healers. They can help you take on vanilla challenges, or aide in battle against bosses from your favorite mods!

The mod is intended for use with mods that add more difficulty to the game, mostly in the form of difficult monsters/encounters/bosses.
All of the added followers (including some vanilla followers) have unique stats and combat styles. Many also have armor and weapons that
are recolors of existing assets, but with customized stats. All will avoid triggering traps in dungeons, and the healers will mend you and any other followers
that accompany you.

This mod is almost like a Mod Pack, in that it utilizes other mods to function.
However, this mod is a standalone that functions with no dependencies (I.e. the loose "Mod Pack" part of this).
But, the catch is that whatever functionality (like the player being able to use custom races) is void.
The reason being, the followers are using assets that would mess up the original character creation of these mods.

The primary focus of this mod was to add followers to the game.
Additionally, this mod is most definitely not lore friendly.

----------

Version 3.5:

All 41 Wanderers are a part of a faction now, most have 2 individuals that know each other. While the largest has 7.

This is intended to make reactions to others they may know more substantial. Like, outright attacking character-A will result in character-B refusing to follow you. I haven't tested it fully, but many will grieve over their fallen friends/siblings.

It's still being tested, but the idea is to create a social web between them.

Version 3.5.1:

Adjusted the heights of Khajiit and Argonians as there were some issues in the RaceMenu. While doing that, I reset many of the others' heights as well.
Hopefully this fixes some issues. And any more issues will be looked into if they arise.

Edits to existing characters:

Derkeethus, Kharjo, J'zargo have modified stats in line with the Wanderers.
Their appearances may have, and most likely been changed. But, not extensively.
Their Ai is still intact, and should still be found in their respective locations.

Combat, Leveling, and Ai:

The Wanderers will level alongside you, with every skill they have able to level. How this is done,
is the classes prioritize the skills they should be mastering, while the other skills get passive growth.
To make this system work, the followers' levels are double that of the player. Why?
While testing the passive skill growth, I noticed the primary skills were lagging behind. And, the fix
I came up with was to double the speed at which these characters level.

I did this to allow the affected followers a means of utilizing skills and magic that would have typically been usable
by the player at higher levels. Or, benefitting from the skill's buffs in combat etc. My logic for why this is, that the Wanderers are adventurers and do the same things you are doing to level up.

On the side of Ai, they follow a 10 minute schedule (using real life minutes). But, it will be skipped when the player fast travels to a distant hold. This schedule will have the 45 Wanderers choose
random Inns/Taverns to travel to and sandbox in. The main benefit of this, is you can expect different Wanderers to be at an Inn every playthrough, or none if they all pass on the one you're in. Additionally, they will travel to their next destination on foot. So, you may just see one or a few walking somewhere on any of the roads leading up to their destinations. The downside, is you may need to look extensively for specific Wanderers.

Their mods are great, and I highly recommend checking them out if you want to experience them to their
full potential. Some have ports for SE/AE, or can be located on external sites. In the case of the original Ulfhednar upload, no longer on the Nexus.
