About this mod

Another take on Breezehome. A hassle-free, well-appointed home you can buy early and enjoy throughout your playthrough.

Changelogs
On my current play-through, I  have chosen Breezhome as my permanent base of operations. I tried a few of the Breezehome mods that are out there, but they weren't exact fits for my play style. I wanted something vanilla-friendly, well-appointed, and without annoyances. ( By annoyances, I mostly mean Bethesda-created vexations like walking mannequins and falling weaponry, issues all too common when you have a lot of objects in a cell.) Not finding what I wanted, I decided to build it.  Highlights below.

Basement
This mod expands Breezehome's single cell by adding a basement accessible by stairs rather than a loading door. In the basement, you'll find a forge, a smelter, a tanning rack, a grinding wheel, and an armor table. Also, a couple of storage chests.

First Floor
The ground floor is pretty standard, with a living area, fireplace, bar, and dining area. Also, there is a bathing room with a tub, toilet, and sink. I've included a switch to change the lighting to one of ten levels. I prefer my living space a little den-like, but for those who crave brightness, I've made this accommodation. (The images in the media section have the light turned up high for clarity. No ENBs or Reshades were in use when the screenshots were taken.)

Second Floor
The second floor contains two bedrooms (yours and your followers), a small gaming room, and a laboratory. The laboratory has an enchanter and alchemy table.

General Notes
This version of Breezehome was designed with a single adventurer in mind and doesn't support child adoption. A follower should be fine. There are no requirements beyond the base game and DLC. The screenshots were taken with no Reshade or ENB enhancements. The home is obtained and furnished in the normal manner, albeit at a higher price due to the improved amenities.

Cautions
As in the vanilla game, you purchase Breezehome from Proventus Avenicci. You need to install the mod before this purchase. If you try to install it after, you will lose all you've stored in Breezehome—maybe worse. So best used in a new game.

Compatibility
See the sticky post in the comments section for details.

Recommendations
Since there are three levels in the Breezehome cell, you might find that followers sandbox a little better with a mod like Dovahklon's Multiple Floors Sandboxing.

Acknowledgments
I need to thank some other modders for the amazing assets I found to create this:  Oaristys, InsanitySorrow,  Elianora, K13Ran34, Artisanix,  LorSakyamuni, Tesak1243, Stroti, and Blary.  Their work speaks for itself, and I am grateful to them for making it available to other modders like myself.

Lastly...
I hope you enjoy my Breezehome changes. If you do, and you also happen to be a reader of fantasy and science fiction, you might enjoy my other work. You can check it out here if you're curious:  Riven Skies

That's it! Enjoy the mod.
