I assume nordic ruins are much much older than most stone bridges in Skyrim. This is two different architectural set styles. If a collapsed old nordic bridge existed in assets, I would use it, but it's doesn't.
Late to say this to Maar, but there technically is old nordic bridges, its called the walls ramparts and walkways, as there's numerous ones that could be used as bridges I THINK, but I don't really feel like checking.

Also, the stone bridge from the tower leads to a stone road.
Also please remember, don't quote me.
Woah, woah, woah, says who?! Telrav told me it's where his friends are camping, there are surely no bandits there.
