Maybe there is some trick to it but I've never been able to activate and "prod" the cow -- always had to use the console.
Now it can be easily done.
Also, Cowie actually starts going home after having been "prodded".

While I was at it, I also slightly retouched the cave's navmesh for better combat and "stabilized" the crystal so that it stays on its pedestal even when hit by a stray spell.

Not compatible with "Comprehensive Falskaar Fixes".
