Purpose of this mod

Due to the way skyrim's combat currently operates, weapons you're holding don't block if they physically are in the way of attacks, you must raise them in front of you and enter the 'blocking state'.

If you're like me and turned the flashing indicator off, or want to turn the flashing indicator off when you are blocking,
then you only know when you are blocking if you are moving forward while doing so, as you will move slower. Once you get the perk that allows you to move at normal speed when blocking, that too, won't be enough for you to know. You're left with looking up for the sky UI status icons, which are annoying if you need to keep your eyes on the fight in front of you.

Enter: Now I know I'm blocking VR (Version 1)

The goal of this mod is to make it apparent for VR users, when they have successfully entered the blocking stance and will absorb damage.
Without this, it's kind of a guess whether the block successfully entered and sometimes, you can be surprised by taking full damage even when your sword or shield is raised. 

This Mod adds an OBVIOUS, Stylized "Armor Up" sound when you successfully enter the blocking state. 

Scope of this mod

This mod overrides two vanilla sound files. That's it.

Installation

Install with any mod manager, don't install manually.

Compatibility

Everything, to my knowledge.
Load after any mods that change the audio or the default block sounds like Immersive Sound Compendium.

Recommended Mods

VRIK Player Avatar - Gives you a VR Body which boosts immersiveness by 1000%. HIGHLY recommend.
Dual Wield Block VR  - Allows you to block as a spellsword or with dual weapons. HIGHLY recommend.
HIGGS - Enhanced VR Interaction - Allows you to grab your sword with your other hand and many other ESSENTIAL VR Interactions. HIGHLY Recommend.
Conduit - Short-term Weapon Infusions - Allows you to infuse weapons while holding with other hand. Great for spellswords and how you might block with a one handed sword(reinforcing with the off hand)

Flavors

It comes in a lower pitched and higher pitched flavor. Try them out and see which one you like best. 
You can do this by downloading and navigating down the folder structure and just playing them with media player or whatever you have.
