I love the angles, but how do I turn off the black bars? They cover up dialogue when it's more than one line. I also am no longer able to press 'E' to select a response option.
Love this preset, it makes the issue I'm having with Improved Alternate Conversation Camera even worse though, I am using Improved Camera, Smooth Cam, and Sky HUD to make notifications smaller
The letterbox ends up overlapping the notifications
Taking Sky HUD off to make them normal size helps, but still cuts off some of the text.
I know it's now your issue canliberk but do you have any advice? Thanks for sharing your preset.
I love the mod, however when I find when I have a bow equipped on my back, the bow ends up in front of the person's face. Is there a way to slightly change the angle of the camera a bit more to the side so the bow isn't blocking the face?
The pic I had was the most zoomed in 3rd person. Though I've found I can make it a bit better by starting the conversation really close up, but the player's idle animations of rocking back and forth still causes the bow to move in front of the face half the time
When I'm zoomed out in 3rd person, it starts a bit better, but either: -the bow ends up in front if there's a wall/barrier behind the player where the camera will "settle" once it finishes zooming over the shoulder (ends up like the pic I had in my original comment with 3rd person totally zoomed in), even if the wall/barrier wasn't affecting the camera before starting the conversation
-Or the person/player idle animations move enough to where the bow moves back and forth across the person's face when there's no barrier in the way.
1st person there's obviously no issue
Also the screenshots don't capture the black bars, but they are there, and are working fine if you were wondering
Alternate conversation camera mod is not compatible with ultra wide screens out of the box. You need to tweak some ini settings and disable the black boxes
Opened Skyrim.ini but couldn't find any line with bLetterBox. Added bLetterBox=0 to both [Display] and [General] sections but neither worked. Any advice?
EDIT: Nevermind, found it. It's in Vortex - Open game mods folder > SKSE > Plugins > AlternateConverastionCamera.ini
