I guess you're aware of some clipping on certain hair styles?

    Hello

    ,Thanks for this mod,

BUT the beards are vanilla, so I have a bit of clipping, there's no way you create facegeom with high poly beards?

Because as much on our character, we can have the high poly beard but the male NPCs always have the vanilla beard and it does not match with HPH :/

its been a while since I modded Skyrim, but I'm pretty sure the high poly head website was removed and there's no way for me to re-download and update :/

After testing multiple times, this mod sadly causes my game to CTD near whiterun. Also causes most the NPCs to have brown face. But the faces themselves look really good!

came back to say that it probably was a combo of this mod + Conditional Expressions for NPCs

Was probably too much for the creation engine?

I like this idea, simple conversion to hph of vanilla characters:  cool! Currently there are great improvements to vanilla hair with salt and wind textures and smp vanilla hair and similar, which makes me prefer to keep the original look - the choices of hairstyles the modders do for different NPCs are often too far from the original counterparts. With a good enb preset the result is impressive

    Wait...3.3 Gb :-O

Does this work on NPCs that we create ourselves?

Short answer is no. If you want to use HPH with your NPC's you have to create them with HPH in the creation kit.

There is a very slight difference between low and high poly heads.
High poly heads is just a trend.
What is not a trend is the creativity which is behind everything.
Bijiin is hand down the most talented face creator on nexus and most of his models are low poly.
Pandorable most of his faces share a resemblance particularly at the level of eyes and cheeks.

it sounds like you  just can't see the difference. And I'd bet that rxkx22 would've used HPH if it had been around when they were still active, either for new replacers or to update Bijin

I was with you on the bijin part, then you lost me at " There is a very slight difference between low and high poly heads.
High poly heads is just a trend.

You need to get your eyes checked buddy. Just some friendly advice :)

Bijin was made with ECE, which includes an improved head mesh. May not be high poly, but it's different from vanilla meshes.
That said, Bijin, Pandorable, Kalillies, Botox, Inago77's etc. etc., there are so many options for overhauling NPCs, low and high poly alike, it's a good thing to be able to choose your preferred one.

High Poly Head though I would say is a staple in a modern load order.

That's just wrong but okay. As someone who spends considerable time in character creation and does a looot of work on the faces, the difference between low poly and high poly head is actually huge. That difference is not "slight". Seems like you never actually used HPH yourself my guy

Pandorable is a girl, FYI. A simple look at her profile will tell you that instead of just assuming everyone on the internet is a male. She also uses just EFGM and Racemenu, not ECE, and a special head mesh. Credit where credit is due.
Mods like this and High Poly Expressive NPCS make for an amazing base for EasyNPC merging.

The poster is correct if you are running at low resolutions. Once you get to 1080p the difference becomes notable. At 2k or higher you can clearly see the difference between vanilla and HPH. I agree Bijiin did wonderful work and will always have a place in my load order.

This is it compatible with KSHair For All Vanilla NPCs?

From what I can see on their mod page it should be compatible, if you get the face discoloration glitch then download this Face Discoloration Fix

If your looking for a high poly replacer with KS hairs this one is good its what I used in my modlist for a while High Poly NPC Overhaul - Skyrim Special Edition 2.0 (All Vanilla NPCs)

I love this mod but KHair For All Vanilla NPCs doesn't work. All Npc hair for some reason are back to vanilla.
I moved your esp before KS and after KIDS with no difference

Just wanted to note that if you're using the Bijin mods, you need the Face Discoloration fix even if you have those mods load after this one. Fixed the color issue with them and Serana not having a face in my game.

Thank you so much for this!

Most NPC replacers I've found just aren't my cup of tea and I don't really have the time to make my own flavoured mods anymore. But on the other hand vanilla NPCs tend to look like they've lost a fight with a warhammer. Your mod is exactly what I've been looking for.
