FINALLY fixes the vampire feeding-bug and crash when becoming a Vampire as a Dagi-Raht.

WE FIXED THE VAMPIRE BUG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
After 4 days of me QA testing the shit out of the problem, and TheUnexpected suggesting changes to make and narrowing down each and
every possible thing it could be, including trying to rewrite scripts...
WE FUCKING SOLVED IT!!!!!!!!!
...and it's such an easy fix... literally one check box. HAHAHAHA!
YOU MUST FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS FOR VAMPIRE TO WORK!!!!!
You MUST contract Sanguinare Vampiris, and wait the 3 days for your vampire powers to click on.
An easy way to do this (other than finding a vampire and having it drain you) is to open the console and type: player.addspell 0b8780
If you do, MAKE SURE it says the spell was added. It's a random chance to be applied, and doesn't always work on the first shot. Just spam the shit out of the command until it triggers. lol
WAIT THE THREE DAYS!!! THIS IS IMPORTANT!!!
Once you recieve the message that says "Your Vampire Powers Awaken"
Then open the console, and type: player.setrace DagiRahtRaceVampire
YOU HAVE TO DO THIS! Sorry, but there's no way around it right now. If you don't you won't be able to feed!
AND BOOM! Done. You're a vampire, you can feed, and you can use all the powers!
Only downside is, you won't "look" like a Vampire, you'll just maintain your default appearance. Boo hoo... get over it.
Note: I am using Sacrosanct, and while this shouldn't be an issue at all (since I'm not touching those files), if you're using Better Vampires and this doesn't work. Please let us know.
