A small patch that adjusts the values of the East Empire Company Armor to be in line with WACCF's balancing.

This is a very small patch that just forwards WACCF's adjustments to the Imperial Light Armor set to East Empire Company Armor's eponymous armor (which is very clearly based on vanilla Imperial Light values). The patch also changes the keywords of the EEC Amulet to include both mods'.
