Thanks for this. I use WACCF, OWL, CAOR, Arcane Archer and Rare Curios Bolts Expanded and getting the balancing right has been a nightmare, partly because CAOR and WACCF go quite different directions.
The "rare curios" mod is listed as an optional requirement, but when I download the "Arrows Expanded" file it still has "RareCuriosBoltsExpanded.esp" as a masters. As a result I can't use this unless I have the CC stuff :/. Would really appreciate a fix!
