For anyone having crashes: Extreme high chance of mod conflict especially bodies mod and/or skeleton mods and/or heavy anims mod.
Im sorry to hear that you have crashes, as I never had those when using this or even the LE edition. I have 100+ mods BUT only uses UNP for female bodies, Schlongs of Skyrim AE for dcks and male body and I dont use any skeleton mods not use any heavy animation mods. That's the reason I could think off while i dont have any crashes with this one.
Also, i only use the 3rd person setup as the 1st person arm detach to body bothers me as a whole.
Pls be aware that this is only a basic update. hence v2.0.0 to v2.0.1, the only changes are (again): Form 43 to Form 44 (LE esp format to SSE esp format (If you have problems with the original LE, you're most likely gonna have the same problem to SSE format too)) Optimized animations (Basically load every anims to an asset optimizer. You wont see any difference from the LE version on this one. It's the game engine who will) ?Sneak walk stutter fix (just copied and renamed the sneak run anim to the sneak walk. This is just a workaround as the sneak run anim doesnt cause any stutter/loop error)
If anybody can't uninstall the mod, first uninstall it in your mod manager of choice, then boot up the game and use the "sexchange" command twice (once to change gender, once to it change back) and it should be gone
If you are having trouble with your character in first person not being correctly aligned (aka your weapons/spells are off to the side or angled away from where you are facing, making it hard to aim/swing), try taking/deleting the folder called 'characters' out from the path 'mods\The Joy of Perspective SSE\Meshes\actors\character\_1stperson'. It doesn't seem to affect anything besides fixing that issue (dont worry it doesnt affect the boobs). It seems to be a problem from incompatibility with other mods, but I don't know which mod since I was able to easily fix it (it might be ultimate combat SE or XPMSE but idk). Removing this also fixed a bug where looking down let me see through the characters neck.
I had installed this mod a long time ago and decided it to wasn’t what I wanted and tried to uninstall it. Well, it looked like it uninstalled. Fast forward 6 months and I had equipped some armor that I hadn’t used in a long time and had part of the armor showing in 1st person. I’ve tried every method to uninstall this mod and it’s only gotten worse. I tried reinstalling the mod and removing the esp and _1st person folder, reinstalling xp32. Upon reinstalling xp32 (same version and updated) the folder _1st person reappears without loading in the game. I’ve tried going to saves before the mod was installed, new saves, everything. Now it doesn’t matter what armor I use, the mesh is completely stretched and misshapen, arms are visible. I’m pretty sure I’m just going to have to start everything over with a fresh Skyrim download. Which I’m not looking forward to since I have ~350 mods. The saves themselves I don’t care that much about.
update: completely reinstalled clean Skyrim on a different drive, reinstalled all of my mods from the original downloaded zip file, and _1st person folder still there and still have stagnant honkers in 1st person on a new save created in vanilla. It affects vanilla armor/clothes as well as shino bikini and Vtaw. This mod is acting like a virus.
EDIT: RELOAD A SAVE FROM BEFORE YOU INSTALLED THE MOD. THIS WILL FIX THE ISSUE.
Beware - This mod is extremely buggy, and uninstalling this mod seems to permanently ruin your save with a pair of floating arms.
No matter what I do, I can't seem to get rid of this mod's effects. After uninstalling (and completely deleting) the mod, my save still has these floating arms in first person, with no torso or legs. All files I could possibly think of relating to this mod are wiped, though I might be missing something. I'm not a modding expert (quite the contrary, i don't have a clue how mods work), so I don't know what could be causing this.
I'm having some sort of compatibility issue with either Nemesis or one of its plug-ins, not sure which one. JoP work fine when I first installed it, but the animations broke and my arms are invisible after running the Nemesis engine. Reinstalling and changing load order did nothing, LOOT isn't detecting any issues
EDIT: Honestly, JoP was just a placeholder until the AE version of improved camera is finished. I'll probably just do without a first person camera mod until then.
You getting anything in your nemesis when building like me?
I get this via MO2 when running Nemesis and attempting to "Launch Nemesis" after its "Engine Update":
WARNING(1027): 32bit hkx file detected. This file is not supported by current skyrim's architecture File: F:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\data\meshes\actors\character\animations\DynamicAnimationReplacer\_CustomConditions\165000\mrh_and_mlh_forceequip.hkx
This file is also used not just in JoP "Meshes\actors\character\_1stperson\animations" directory but also in "meshes\actors\character\animations\DynamicAnimationReplacer\_CustomConditions\" for the Animation mods: Smooth Random Magic Animations 2.0; Smooth Magic Casting Animation; and Drunk Animations CACO ESPFE.
Maybe you have the same going on which is interfering? Idk but worth a try. :O

This is how I fixed it anyway
