I was not a fan of carrying around a fishing pole at all times, so you can now simply conjure a basic fishing pole if you get the urge to fish. This is just the basic fishing rods, and does not provide any additional benefits or bonuses. It does not have any glow either, and I've added a few screenshots to show that.
As opposed to messing with leveled lists by adding them to vendors or messing with other mods, I've just added 3 spell tomes to the game. They are set to player owned, so you can just walk into any of the 3 Inn's I've placed them at and grab the spell tome without any worries.
Winterhold, Candlehearth Hall, under the counter, on the right-hand side top shelf.
Riverwood, Sleeping Giant Inn, under the counter, on the right-hand side top shelf.
Markarth, Silver-Blood Inn, under the counter, on the right-hand side top shelf.
You can also enter the console, type help "Bound Fishing Pole" and get the spell id, and then do a player.addspell (whatever that ID# is)
This is my first mod, and I anticipate no real issues unless you have mods that have changed the interiors of all three inn's.
REQUIREMENTS - it does require the latest version of Skyrim SE 1.6.353 and the Creation Club Fishing content.
v1.0 - initial release - current release
v1.1 - in progress... Right now summoning the fishing pole summons an actual fishing pole, not a bound weapon, so when you sheath it, it just goes into your inventory. You can quickly end up with a stack of fishing poles, which is not ideal. I'm currently tracking down a way to fix this so that when sheathed it just goes away, like other bound weapons.
