This is an update to A Noob in Disguise's original Spectraverse patch.
Did nothing but remove actor effects and perks that were no longer present in current iteration of Requiem, updated to form 44 and set the esl flag.
This might or might not mean that there are other things that should be done to update patch. Only feedback and playtesting can help with that.
