I think it should work no problem, the file has the folders already in the right place, but in case of issue you can just manually unzip the archive in Skyrim's Data folder :)

I was looking for something similar, wasted so much time yesterday. I make my own presets, but having a nice base to build on is really helpful. Basic presets are so ugly, and nearly all of the packs are for female characters, that I never play.
Thank you very much for sharing. I normally play as a female because I am a female yet there was something about Rowen that I liked. So one of your favorite male presets is now also one of mine.
