Do you know why this works? I started compressing my mods into BSA format for the quicker load times but then learned to my horror that I'm now getting consistent CTDs. Tracking down the mod responsible, I see it has nothing at all to do with what is causing the CTD but it's a mod that I had compressed into a bsa. Extracting the bsa fixed the CTD. I was wondering if there are any files that are safe to compress, such as voice files, but the existence of this mod seems to imply that it could be just as problematic.
Yes, thanks for this! You came through just in time when I was discovering how you use .Netframework to properly report bugs and crashes, and this was on the top of my to do list!
