While toggling collisions is the simplest solution, it still looks weird seeing someone going right through you. Holy sh*t, am I a freakin' ghost now? And what if you decide to end the conversation, while that other person is still through you? I assume it will again turn collision on, so wouldn't that create a problem? Or a glitch at least? A better solution (but a lot of work I guess) would be to alter the pathfinding of nearby NPCs, so they would not push you, nor going through you, but around you, like they are supposed.
Minor issue for people using Mod Organizer. MO doesn't recognize the file structure used for this so it flags it as an invalid mod. What I did was just combine it with your other utility pack mods which means now it has a couple of esp files, etc that MO recognizes so then it happily installs with no error flags even though it normally would think this mod is invalid.
An alternative, after you have installed it you can right click and ignore missing data. It adds an empty Texture folder. Works much the same way as ignore update.

AI should not push player, AI should also not get in between player and convo NPC, often they like to stand right in your face.....
