There seems to be something wrong with the high poly head's neck size, when you load the preset everything is fine but when you load the head sculpt file the neck gets shorter creating a huge gap between the neck and the body. It's interesting that she's wearing a collar in your pictures right where the gap seems to be, can you double check? Lemme know if you need a pic.
After loading preset with neck seam use "add mask feature" to the 2-3 lowest grids at the end of the neck. After you're done, click a button to remove sculp than load a preset again. Keep in mind I'm saying that from the top of my head - there was an instructional video on Loverslab somewhere but the site seems to be down rn.
