I'm tired of "reading" spell tomes that other mods offer that's basically me doing a waiting game. Eating tomes to learn spells is possible in a world filled with Daedras. This framework will make it possible to make book absorption more glorious. (like what glorious dragon soul absorption mod did). But I'm not a modder. :( I hope a modder comes to use this. kudos.
As this upload specifically is a modder's resource, the intention is that modders who are making spells can re-use the scripting or anything inside this upload to apply it to their custom spelltome.
