Brighter lighting template if people don't want this sewers unlit areas to be too dark.

Brighter lighting, all light bulbs (except from the already really bright ones) I'm using have a ~50% fade value increase. May be useful for people not using any ENB for example.

Vanilla lighting template if people want to use it instead on mine.
