Explanation
Skyrim Alchemy Fixed adjusts Alchemy in Skyrim to be much less exploitable. Amongst other things, it removes fortify Smithing and Enchanting effects from ingredients, so you can't produce potions to abuse the enchanting mechanics of the game.
The Anniversary Update of Skyrim adds new Ingredients through Fishing and Rare Curious. These Creation Club Mods are added to your Game for free, even if you don't buy the Anniversary Edition Update. Some of these Ingredients have fortify Smithing and/or Enchanting effects, which once again enables exploits.

I replaced the aforementioned effects in the new ingredients with different ones. Only 3 Rare Curious ingredients and 1 Fishing ingredient actually needed this adjustment. In the case of the Rare Curious ingredients I replaced the offending effects with the new rare effects from that mod (with the correct magnitudes and durations), so you have more options to get them.
I also updated the durations of all Fortify-Effects to be t least 120 seconds, like in Skyrim Alchemy fixed.
I also updated the magnitudes and durations of the Health-, Stamina- and Magicka-Restoration Effects to be in line with Skyrim Alchemy fixed, meaning they all restore over 5 seconds.


Installation
Just download and activate the mod. It's an ESL flagged ESP, so it won't count against your Mod limit. Load it after any other Mod that touches Rare Curious or Fishing Ingredients to make sure my changes win any conflicts. You can place it before or after Skyrim Alchemy Fixed, since that mod doesn't touch these records at all.
You don't even technically need Skyrim Alchemy Fixed (it is not a required master of this patch) but there really isn't any reason to use this patch without that mod.

Feel free to include/merge/copy these changes in whatever you want. Credit is nice but not strictly required.
