Get it with Simple Mod Item Spawner mod or AddItemMenu mod. Saves you the hassle of crafting it. There's daedras to kill after all. Ain't no time for crafting.

Probably, i recommend you download additemenu, its a simple mod that can let you add any modded item to your inventory very easily, and for roleplay purposes, do not hesitate to get every single thing you need for the craft, then give it to a blacksmith :D , im also sure you can find mods to make blacksmiths forges items for you. Have fun ! :d
