I had a question? 🤔 Would these work on a male character if I used Femfeet? Which I currently am. I guess I'll download later and find out.

Since I couldn't add screenshots for this mod, I put them up on giamel's regular silver ring mod page.  I put some on his gold ring page too, since gold seemed like a more appropriate color for my sorceress.

I see, looking good. I just made it that way because this is really just a "gameplay" addition to the original mod, nothing visual.

My ring's position is slightly off.  Any way to fix that?  As far as I can tell, my girls have the same exact kind of feet in your screenshot.

I've modified the ring on the screenshot with Bodyslide myself. The majority of people use the default feet that come with UUNP or CBBE so I didn't think anyone would use the feet model we use.

I can put up an optional file with the modified model.

I'd appreciate that.  I'm not sure if it's the cause, but I do also have FemFeet redesigned installed.

Edit:  ugh... double post... why is there no delete button?

I've posted it. See if it shows up in your game because the model is for Oldrim, which is the version I play.

Ikr? I can't even hide one of them because apparently I would have report you as well... So annoying.

Sorry, no go.  I even tried moving it around in bodyslide, but the stubborn thing won't move from this position.

Of course, I tend not to use bodyslide much, so maybe I'm doing it wrong.

Damn... You're not using a custom skeleton by chance? Have you tried messing around with the "weight" slider (can't remember what's called, the one that makes your character skinny or muscular) in racemenu and see if the ring stays in place while the toes move? I honestly don't know what could be causing that.

I don't think so.  I did try that slider, but it doesn't seem to affect the toes at all.  Well, thanks for trying anyway.  I'm going to ask on the original mod's page, if anyone else can help.

(Unless... how did you modify it in bodyslide anyway?  Can you give me step by step instructions?)

      Alright, I'll try.

      1- Open Outfit Studio. Click File > Load Outfit > Outfit/Mesh > From File > Browse > meshes\armor\anklet\SilverAnkletRight_0.nif > OK
2 - In my Meshes tab on the right, left click the mesh Ruby. Then on the left of the screen, there's an icon of a circle with two arrows pointing up and to the right.
3 - A gizmo should appear on the ring. Use it to reposition it.
      4 - After you're satisfied, click File > Export > To Nif... > Overwrite meshes\armor\anklet\SilverAnkletRight_0.nif
5 - Repeat the whole process for SilverAnkletRight_1.nif

Don't rebuild with Bodyslide, this will undo your changes.

Ah... I see what I was doing wrong.  Unfortunately, I have to get to bed now, as I have an early morning shift tomorrow.  I'll get back on it after work and edit this post, to report my results.

Hey, I've actually forgotten one step. Between step 1 and 2, click File > Load Reference > Reference > From File > Browse > meshes\actors\character\character assets\femalefeet_0.nif > OK. Repeat this step for femalefeet_1.nif when you're done with SilverAnkletRight_0.nif

If you are still not able to do it, send a zip file with your SilverAnkletRight_0.nif, SilverAnkletRight_1.nif, femalefeet_0.nif, and femalefeet_1.nif. I've got a pal that offered to take a look at what could be wrong.

He already sent the feet to me. We have similar conversation going on over here?.

I see. If my instructions don't work, then it's very difficult to say what could be wrong. It could be any mod that affects the skeleton or the body weights.

      HALLELUJAH!  HALLELUJAH!

Sorry, got a little overexcited.  Well, it's still not quite in the right position, but I did finally get it to move.  So once I finally do get it in the right position, I'll post screenshots.  Sorry for all the trouble.  Oh yes, and since I haven't already done so, I will endorse both your mods now.

Nice! Still not quite sure what was causing it but hopefully it'll look normal now.
