Remove the unskippable, over-loud, and PAINFULLY slow ramblings of certain quest NPCs: specifically, many of the Daedric quests, and the godawful Augur of Dunlain.

Also covers a few pieces of Hermaeus Mora in DB, but most of those dialogs are unfixable as they're really "scenes" rather than dialog.

There isn't any way to make the "dialog" in these quests skippable in the way they should have been in the first place. AFAICT that's because they don't actually have a speaker: they're just pre-recorded audio, and the game simply waits for the audio to end.

The way Skyrim handles these cases is basically just via a lazy hack: if there's an audio file with the same name as the dialog entry, play it and disable everything else until it's finished. What this mod does is disassociate the two by renaming the dialog entries, which is also a lazy hack, but hey, fight fire with fire.  :)

The dialog entries are also marked as "Force Subtitles", but of course that doesn't work, because Bethesda, so you'll need to turn the subtitles on yourself if you want to see the text - but you only have ~1s to read each line, so it's barely worth doing anyway.
