I just realized something. The smelter will not give you 120,000 septims if you exchange 1000 pieces, it will give you 54,464 septims, because Skyrim's coding is capped that way. It is a long existing Skyrim issue, which usually affects merchants' maximum gold limit.
So I recommend crafting amounts of 1, 10 or 100 pieces of compressed ore. I'll think about a way to implement the 120,000 septim payout.

There is now a workaround included. You can smelt a maximum of 453 pieces of Kolskeggr Compressed Ore at a time, so that you can receive the maximum amount of coins Skyrim is able to process.
